We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Alston for Athletes  https://www.alstonforathletes.org/  to provide a student athlete scholarship program.  This program will serve as an alternative to Fall sports that have been cancelled by COVID 19.

We are raising funds in order to provide 4 months of access to all of the programs offered at Rogue Academy in Columbia, Md. The programs, which include Jiu Jitsu, Yoga, Self-Defense, Fitness classes, and Performance Coaching are aimed at replicating the camaraderie, focus, coaching, and fitness provided by scholastic sports. These scholarships are available to any student athlete in good standing within the Maryland public school system. No previous training or experience necessary.

Excited to announce our first, of what we hope to be many, scholarship opportunity. Thanks to your generous donations we have been able to secure four 6 month memberships to Rogue Academy in Columbia, Md. Because we want to give back, we are giving these memberships away for free.

The scholarship opportunity is broken down by various categories and you are eligible for every category where you meet the requirements. Scholarship Announcement

Purchase your tickets and mark you calendar for January 18th 2020! We will be hosting our first Art and Jiu Jitsu Fundraiser Event at Ground Control Columbia in support of our foundation. The event is open to all regardless of affiliation or level of training / experience. Focusing on social interaction and leveraging recreational therapy to build a community, we are combining two of our core elements into one event. We will be setting up and running an art studio and a Jiu Jitsu open mat while providing food and drinks. I think we’ll have everyone covered and create a fun night for everyone in attendance.

We will have a few loaner Gis and art canvases available if anyone wishes to try their hand at creating art or having their first Jiu Jitsu experience.

All proceeds will go towards funding future events and building our community. Please come out and support our effort to help heal the invisible wounds of trauma and bring our loved ones out of darkness.
